Technology has always been a big part of our lives. I grew up fascinated by gadgets, always taking apart old electronics to see how they worked and dreaming of building something of my own one day. My partner, Alex, was different yet the same—always behind a camera, capturing every moment with an eye for detail that never failed to amaze me. Our love for technology and innovation brought us together, and it’s what inspired us to start Kamvix.

After college, Alex and I moved to a bustling city Shenzhen known for its innovation and tech-driven lifestyle. We both found jobs that aligned with our passions—Alex as a product designer and me as an electrical engineer. Our lives were good, filled with challenges and successes, but there was always something missing. We wanted to create something that would leave a mark, something that would combine our skills and passions.

It all started during a road trip when we realized that the dash cameras we were using were outdated and lacked the features we needed. That’s when we decided to combine our skills—Alex as a product designer and me as an engineer—and create a dash camera that was more than just a recording device. We wanted a camera that was a true driving companion, offering high-definition video, real-time GPS tracking, and smart features like collision warnings.

Leaving our stable careers behind, we started Kamvix with just our savings and a lot of hard work. Kamvix has become more than just a company to us; it’s our passion.
