At Kamvix, we strive to ensure that our international business customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning bulk orders in international trade, helping to manage expectations and provide clear guidelines for the return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Authorization Required: All returns for international bulk orders must be pre-authorized by Kamvix. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  • Conditions for Return: Bulk orders are generally non-returnable unless they meet the following criteria:
    • Defective Products: Items that are defective upon arrival.
    • Incorrect Products: Items that were shipped in error (wrong product or quantity).
    • Damage During Transit: Items that were damaged during shipping. Note that proper documentation (e.g., photos, damage report) is required to process returns for damage claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or Special Orders: Products that are customized or specially ordered to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Opened or Used Products: Items that have been used, installed, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products marked as clearance, final sale, or otherwise non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for an international bulk order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at bd@kamvix.com or call +86 135 3378 9034 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos of the product.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the RMA number and the return address, if the return is approved. Please do not return items without obtaining an RMA number.

  3. Prepare the Return Shipment: Ensure that all items are securely packaged in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping and Insurance: The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as Kamvix is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected within 10 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or credit according to the conditions agreed upon.

4. Refunds and Credits

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received and inspected.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the order is returned, or the returned items are not in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of  100% may apply for returns that do not meet all return conditions or are returned due to reasons other than our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Damages: For items damaged during transit, please report the damage to both the carrier and Kamvix immediately. Retain all original packaging materials and provide photos of the damage to expedite the claims process.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes on Returns

  • Responsibility for Duties and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items to Kamvix. These charges are not refundable.
  • Documentation for Returns: Ensure that all necessary documentation is included with your return shipment to avoid delays in customs. We will provide any required export documentation to facilitate the return process.

7. Limitations and Liability

  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Incorrect Handling: Returns will not be accepted if the items have been damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
  • Warranty Claims: For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty terms and contact the manufacturer directly for claims.
