5. Tracking and Delivery

  • Order Tracking: Once your bulk order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. You can monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.
  • Receiving Your Order: Please ensure you have the appropriate facilities and equipment to receive bulk shipments, such as a loading dock or forklift for unloading pallets. Failure to provide adequate receiving facilities may result in additional charges.
